Our Process

In this phase of study and feasibility, we talk about the project's long-term objectives and brain storm the project. Then, to begin creating a preliminary design plan, we will try to compile your wish list. The more information you can provide articulating what you like, the more accurate the initial designs will be. We also study your site, review the zoning bylaws, and consult with governing organizations, such as conservation authorities.

At this point, we will discuss the preliminary draft as a group and begin executing the design in response to your comments. The design options typically have details that can be mixed and matched-- each will have different options, so that you can see the ideas on paper in different formats. Then, rounds of adjustments will be made to the proposal. After that, we develop the preferred concepts in a final design for your approval. Once your side approves it, we'll go on to the construction documentation phase.

Once a scheme is approved by you from the options provided, all technical drawings are created during this phase. We will make the entire set of drawings, along with the specifications, construction notes, and details you requested to finish the project. When everything is ready, we will apply. We will now collaborate with the relevant consultants and engineers needed for the permit filing.

During this final phase, we will develop the designs and submit the permit application with all the necessary paperwork and forms. To eventually approve your permit, we will work with the municipality to arrange fee payments and answer any concerns the examiners may have.
